Name, format, time cap and the movements with their reps. Every rep becomes a box for the judge to tick.
Paste the list of registrants, or pick a number of blank cards to fill in by hand on the day.
Two cards per A4 page, or one for long workouts. The judge ticks, writes the score, everyone signs.
On Throwdown, every judge opens a link on their phone, enters the score for their heat and the ranking computes itself. Disputes and validation are handled in the app, paper scorecards stay as a backup.
The sheet the judge holds during the workout. They tick the reps, write the time or the rounds, the tiebreak, and sign with the athlete. It is the proof of the score if anyone disputes it.

Everything happens in your browser, nothing is sent. Your workouts and your list stay on this device so you can come back later.
