Your audience pays online

No cash desk to run, no change to hand back, one QR and it is done.

A competition that fills its stands wins twice, on the atmosphere and on the takings. Selling entry online removes the queue at the door, the cash desk to watch and the rough head count at the end of the day. Your ticket types publish on the event page, every unit sold becomes a ticket with its own QR, and your staff scan it at the door from a phone.

What it does

Your own ticket types

Adult, child, weekend pass, premium access. Each type has its name, its description, its artwork and its price.

Caps per type

A type can carry a number of places or stay uncapped, and sales close on their own once it runs out.

Dated price tiers

Presale, standard, last minute. The current tier is the first one that has not expired yet.

One QR per ticket

Every unit bought becomes a named ticket with its own code, even when a single order holds six of them.

Scanning stays with staff

The QR opens an admin page, so nobody can check themselves in from their own phone.

Multi day passes

A ticket is worth one entry, or one valid scan per calendar day counted in the venue time zone.

Delegated scan links

A supplier scans their own category from a revocable link, with no account to create.

No, a staff phone is enough. Scanning opens the camera straight from the browser, the ticket is recognised at once and the holder name shows up.

Yes. An invitation issues free tickets in the name of a recipient who does not even need an account to receive them.

A single entry ticket is consumed on the first scan. A multi day pass accepts one valid scan per day, and a same day duplicate is refused.

Yes, a ticket type can appear inside the athlete registration flow, so a captain picks up entries for their family along the way.

Yes, every scan is logged with its day and its scanner, so attendance reads day by day rather than as one weekend total.
