Choose who pays the fees

You, your athletes or 50/50. The choice is made competition by competition.

The service fees can be paid by the athlete, split in half, or absorbed by you. Some organisers prefer a round price on the poster, others leave the fees to the athlete. The setting sits at competition level and covers everything the event sells, registrations, shop and spectator tickets.

What it does

Three modes

On the athlete, 50/50, or on you. The choice sits in the payment settings, right under the currency.

A round price for the athlete

Absorb the fees and a 60 € ticket is paid 60 €, with no extra line at checkout.

What you cash stays readable

What you absorb is held back on your payout, and the dashboard estimates your net with the rule you picked.

True for the whole event

Registrations, shop and spectator tickets follow the same mode, nothing to set twice.

Past sales do not move

The mode is frozen on each order, so changing your mind halfway never recomputes what is already sold.

The line disappears at zero

When you take the fees on yourself, the athlete sees no fee line at all in the summary.

Accounting follows

The accounting export reads the frozen mode of each order, so gross and net are right in all three cases.

3 % + 1.50 € per registration sold, with no subscription. See the pricing page.

Yes. The new mode applies to the sales that follow, the earlier ones keep theirs.

Service fees are not refunded, whatever the mode.

Only with the payments access. The divisions access is not enough.

The fixed part exists in the twenty collection currencies, so the maths is right whatever the currency.
