Heat planning generates itself

The heats are built from your registrations, then you adjust them by dragging and dropping.

Building heats by hand means crossing entries, divisions, competition areas and running times, then doing it all again when three people cancel. Generation starts from your real entry list and produces a coherent schedule, which you can then adjust by drag and drop.

What it does

Generated from real entries

The schedule is built on athletes actually registered and present, not on a theoretical list.

Drag and drop

An athlete moves heat, a heat moves time. Everything readjusts visually and live.

Partial regeneration

Tick the heats to keep and the rest regenerates after them. Work you already validated is never lost.

Balanced heats

The field spreads across the same number of heats instead of filling some and leaving one with three people.

Several areas in parallel

Two or three competition zones run at the same time, with a schedule that accounts for overlaps.

Copy from another workout

The schedule of one workout duplicates onto the next when the running order does not change.

Race day check in removes the absentees, and you regenerate the remaining heats while keeping the ones already run.

Yes, generation reasons by ranking group, and the cut line for the final is set per division.
