Registering for a competition

Registering for a throwdown takes a few guided steps. Here is the full path, from finding the competition to your ticket.
Find a competition
The Discover page lists competitions as cards (cover, city, dates, team format). You can:
- search for a competition by name,
- filter between On site and Online,
- turn on see my distance to show the distance between you and each competition,
- browse the interactive map to spot competitions near you.
Open the competition page
Once the competition is open, you land on three tabs: Registration, Schedule and Leaderboard. Registration happens in the Registration tab.
- Pick your division (team format, level, price, seats left).
- Read the division standards to check the movements and level match you.
- If the competition is private, enter the invitation code provided by the organizer.
- If the division shows Full, you can join the waiting list to be notified if a seat opens up.
Fill in your information
Log in or create your account, then fill in the form. For a team registration, you fill in one form per member of the team.
- Each participant's details, and the goodies with their size when the organizer offers them.
- For a hybrid race, enter your estimated time.
- Extra info: team name and club or box.

Pay
Payment happens right on the page, with no redirect. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bancontact.
- You can add one or more promo codes (they stack).
- The summary breaks down Ticket, Discount, Throwdown service fee and Total incl. tax.
- If the total is 0, no payment is required: your registration is confirmed straight away.
After registering
A confirmation page appears as soon as your registration is confirmed. You then find your ticket in My registrations, with:
- your registration reference,
- the downloadable Stripe receipt,
- the iCal export (.ics) to add the competition to your calendar.
