Display your leaderboard on a big screen

On the day, your leaderboard should not stay on an operator's laptop. The Cast menu in your space broadcasts your screens full screen, branded, updated in real time. It is a real production tool. One operator drives it, the crowd watches. What the Cast contains depends on your competition's discipline.
Functional fitness, a full-screen board
In functional fitness, the Cast is a 16:9 board, built for projection, with your logo and the accent color you choose. In All-in-one screen mode, it cycles on its own through the official time with the next wave, the leaderboard of each division and the upcoming waves. When a wave starts, it runs a ten-second countdown, shows Go! then keeps the WOD on screen with its timer until the end of the wave.
For a large event, pin each screen to a single use, Clock, Leaderboard, Planning, or All floors when the competition has several. Each choice has its own address. Open one window per physical screen and switch each one to Fullscreen.
Hybrid race, three screens
In a hybrid race, the Cast menu opens three screens.
- Departures, the countdown to the start of the next wave, with the official time.
- Live arrivals, the latest finishers with their time, and a QR code that leads to the public leaderboard.
- Photo finish, one finisher's time displayed large, for the photo.
Photo finish in one click
The Photo finish screen shows the latest finisher on its own. To show another one, click their time in the list. It switches onto the screen with their division and the Final time label. The finisher sees their time behind them, the crowd cheers, you get your highlight moment.
Open the page twice in the same browser, one window for the operator and one window projected on the big screen. Both stay synced, and the operator picks without showing the crowd what they are doing.
On any screen
The Cast opens in a browser. No software to install, no proprietary hardware. You plug it into whatever you have on site:
- an LED wall;
- a connected TV;
- a tablet;
- a projector.
The Live arrivals and Photo finish screens can also be sent wirelessly to a TV fitted with Chromecast, with the Cast button, from Chrome or Edge on a computer.
Where the times come from
For hybrid races with the chip timing pack, times flow in automatically at the finish line and show live on the Live arrivals and Photo finish screens. It is true live, with no manual entry.
For functional fitness, you centralize score entry and we compute the ranking automatically. Cast then broadcasts that leaderboard onto the big screen.
