- incidents related to payments, payment processing being handled by a third-party provider (Stripe);
- direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Throwdown's liability is limited to the direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of its obligations as a technical provider.
