Check my schedule and heats

Updated: May 2026

On competition day, one thing matters: knowing when and where you go. It is all in the Planning tab on the competition page, and in the Throwdown app. Here is how to read your start time and miss nothing.

Where to find your schedule

On the competition page, three tabs: Registration, Planning, Ranking. Open Planning. You will see the run of the day and your own slot, as soon as the organizer has published the schedule. The same schedule is available in the app, on your phone, on competition day.

Reading your slot

Depending on the type of competition, your slot shows up a little differently:

  • For functional fitness: your heat, your lane and your start time.
  • For hybrid races: your slot, your time and the start order.

Note your lane or slot number carefully: it is your physical spot on the floor. Show up at the holding area a bit before the listed time, in time for the warm-up and the briefing.

Get notified at the right moment

No need to stare at the screen all day. From the Throwdown app, you get a notification before your slot: when the schedule goes live, at warm-up time, then when your heat is coming up. Turn on app notifications so you do not miss your window if the timing shifts.

Add the event to your calendar

You can export your registration as an iCal (.ics) file from your registrations. The event is then added to your calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) with the date and location, so the reminder sits right in your own calendar.

What happens after my slot?

Once you are done, the Ranking tab takes over. You check your score and your place there as soon as the organizer publishes them. We cover it all in Follow my ranking.
